Virginia Weather Plus wants you to test drive our new app.  Right now, testing is only available for Android users.

Highlights of the app:

  • App opens to your location and shows current conditions and a summary for the next few hours
  • Detailed 24 hour forecast
  • 7 Day Forecast
  • Radar with layers, including temperatures, satellite, and weather alerts
  • Weather news from Virginia Weather Plus
  • Upload your weather photos on the app

Things To Know Before Testing:

  • The app may take up to 60 seconds before fully loading. (We are working on this)
  • It is NOT in the Google Play Store at this time, so you’ll have to DIRECTLY DOWNLOAD the app file and ALLOW “trust unknown sources” before installing the app.
